back to the Mountain

Well, they had to stick around an extra day; Lindsey's numbers showed that there was a reason for the dark circles under her eyes and her pale lips. She needed platelets ~ she got 'em today and Jacob and Lindsey immediately left for home. They'll be packing and preparing to move for the next week or so. We hope to have the basement done in time, since the movers are scheduled for the 28th ~ please say a prayer for that ! If it's not totally done, we'll just put their stuff in the garage, we should be just finishing up the last remaining touches by then. Before Lindsey's chemo we bought a Christmas tree for their apartment down there. If you're wondering if there's a little something you can do for them, I think it would be great if their family and friends could help decorate their first Christmas tree; a little ornament would be a wonderful gift for them. Our decorating scheme down there is maroon instead of bright red, and silver instead of gold. Just send them to our house ~ 305 Broadmoor Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30215..........the week of the move, we are sending them away to relax, and when they get back, their apartment will be all set up for them, including their Christmas decorations !
