Feeling Better

Jacob is back with Lindsey at the hospital, and she is feeling better. She always feels better when she is with Jacob ! They're not sure when they are going to let her out because the bronchoscopy results have provided no answers so far. There are several things trying to grow in petrie dishes, but nothing's cookin' yet. . . all of the doctors are getting together to have a big pow-wow to figure out what to do. This sounds very familiar, and the situation is similar to what she went through last summer when they 'thought' she had pneumonia but couldn't get any of the infection to grow in the petrie dishes after the bronchoscopy. Last summer, they ended up doing an Open Lung Surgical Biopsy, but doing that might be a little more risky at this point in the growth of her baby immune system. . . we'll keep you posted on what the "meeting of the minds" comes up with.
