Lindsey's Med Schedule

Lindsey started her oral busulfan dose last night. She takes that and a host of other medicines, some to prevent nausea, others to protect her body from the chemotherapy. Administering the medicines is spaced out over 24 hours - she takes something 11 times a day ! Needless to say, we are catching naps and trying to rest between doses, and we have alarms all over the place to remind us when it's time for a dose. We thank heaven that this schedule will only last through the weekend. It reminds me of having a new baby in the house - nobody sleeps longer than 3 hours at a time !
