Exit interview went well

Lindsey had her visit with Dr. Morris at the BMTGA office today, and it went well. They did blood work and it is continuing to progress upward, and she feels great. He started her on an Bactrim, an antibiotic which is used to prevent pneumonia. It's just a normal part of their protocol. Evidently, contracting pneumonia is common among transplant patients, so they just put you on this whether you need it or not. She'll take it until her 100 days has past. Dr. Morris told her she could take a tutoring job in September, and she was happy to hear that. She will teach 4-5 second graders several times a week. The rest of the meeting was as expected: avoid large crowds, stay away from sick people, keep eating, gain weight, get married, report anything unusual. She will now go to her local oncologist Dr. Ballard, and he will draw blood every couple of weeks, just to keep an eye on things. Her first visit with him is on Wednesday. Her 23rd birthday is on Thursday !
