First Treatment

Today was a long day. Lindsey had her catheter put in place and her first chemo treatment. She's feeling pretty tired and has a little bit of a queasy feeling, so she's been sleeping since she got home at about 5:30. They've given us lots of meds to help control any nausea. In the past, she has gotten queasy from anesthesia, so adding chemo on the same day didn't help. I expect she will be slow to recover tomorrow and will spend the day resting and sleeping a lot.
