Bronchoscopy

The broncoscopy went well, but they did it in the afternoon, and were not able to do the IV anti-fungal today. They will do that tomorrow. Jacob and Lindsey arrived at home at about 5 o'clock - another very long day - and both of them crashed immediately. Jacob made himself something quick to eat, but Lindsey went right to bed. When you wake up from anesthesia you just feel like sleeping and that is the best thing that you can do. If you fight it and try to wake up, you just feel miserable.........Lindsey is resting comfortably for the night and they will get to "sleep in" tomorrow. They don't have to be at the clinic until 9 o'clock..........Lindsey will receive an infusion of anti-fungal medication tomorrow at the clinic. Tomorrow is going to be a rough day, as there are many side effects of this infusion, so please say a prayer that the side effects are minimal ~ the power of prayer is enormous !
