Now the Hard Part

Lindsey is beginning to feel the effects of the high dose chemo, and we are working together with her doctors to keep the nausea at bay. We're trying different things, and the doctors are very pro-active in trying to keep her as comfortable as possible. We make daily trips to the clinic for fluids and whatever else she might need. The clinic staff has been wonderful. Hopefully, this phase won't last long, and it's very normal and we expected it. We are taking Lindsey's temperature 4 times a day, and when she gets a fever of 100.5, she goes back in the hospital. We received our first "message ring" today - keep 'em coming !
